- All are welcome to attend; gym affiliation does NOT matter.
- Boxing gloves and shing pads are required.
- A standard martial arts liability waiver / assumption of liability is required (sign at the door).
- Bring a drink w/ electrolytes and a sweat towel - Saturday will be hot.
- Arrive 15 minutes early to warm up.
- Be respectful to the facilities, equipment, and other people or you will be warned and/or asked to leave.
